From our discussion we decided to have the following Preset base
Debug --> tests, no benchmarks CMakeBuildType Debug
Develop --> test, no benchmarks CMakeBuildType RelWithDebugInfo
Release --> no test, no benchmarks CMakeBuildType Release
ReleaseAll --> tests, benchmarks CMakeBuildType Release
From our discussion we decided to have the following Preset base
