copy to cache folder #152

[ ] ~~add error if cache folder is missing or empty~~ -> no should create and populate folder on workflow run.
[ ] if cache folder is specified populate if empty
[ ] in the cache folder target should have the commit_id

Just for my better understanding, how does this cache folder look like? @greole

It is just a normal folder but if it is specified by cache_folder: ${{env.LidDrivenCavityS}} for example we copy from it, instead of executing git clone.
