Cache Folder usage #166

This PR is still a little work in progress. Implemented so far:

[x] copy cloned case into cache folder if specified
[x] test for successfull copying into cache folder
[x] slight refactor of the caseOrigin classes' initialization

Open ToDos:

[x] decide whether to compare against self.commit or the latest commit of the default branch
[x] test for copying from the cache folder to the workspace

Will eventually fix #152

If we already touch the caseOrigins, we should rename the solver keyword to application in OpenFOAMTutorialCase. To avoid conflicts in queries with the fvSolution/solver keywords.
