Feat/state check hook

This PR adds a hook to check the state of a simulation after run[Serial|Parallel]Solver operation was executed, additionally some additional case properties are added to access information from the last time step of a log.

Additional changes:

• this PR also pins black to version 23.12.1 for all actions that uses black to fix the issue with the format! comment
• activates autoflake
• add json schema for integration test

Note, this needs additional tests to validate if the hooks work reliable, but I'll add them add a later point.
