Improve logging output #198

This PR improves our logging output. The following changes have been implemented:

We now do a two fold approach to logging. First, simple colored terminal outputs for basic INFO and above levels. Second, detailed logs are written to .obr/log
move from logging to obr specific logger
add some success statements
Suppress external log messages
