Update dependencies to use enhanced Datatype Detection For Result Sets from virtual-schemas-common-jdbc

For BigQuery this could be a special case as BigQuery seems to not generate an import statement and without import BigQuery does not benefit from enhanced Datatype Detection provided by virtual-schemas-common-jdbc.
