Upgrade tests to Exasol 7.1.10 #31

Integration tests are instable with older Exasol versions. Upgrade to 7.1.10 to fix these issues.

This requires support in integration-test-docker-environment.

The ticket that this issue depends on is marked in progress. Fix version currently set to 7.1.10, so this should soon be fixable.
