EGC: Add tests with Exasol 8 #87

Exasol version 8 is now available. We need to test this project with both versions 7.1 and 8.

This was already implemented in https://github.com/exasol/glue-connector/pull/89/files#diff-93e5446a47028d87098135fdb2d7031c8d8929270f752dd58db54293a4e877f2

Tests run with Exasol 7.1.25 and 8.24.0
