start-test-env stopped from working from any arbitrary directory #169

Background

Since #147 the invocation of start-test-env needs to be done with the root directory of integration-test-docker-environment.

Acceptance Criteria

Change behavior of starter-scripts so that invocation of start-test-env can be done from any directory again.
