Start a cluster with multiple nodes on a single host #174

Background

To test distributed algorithms, we need multiple nodes in the database
The simplest version to achieve this is to start multiple nodes in docker containers on the same host

Implementation hints

The EXAConf templates need to be adjusted
We need to start multiple database nodes in the same docker network
We Database Info needs to be extended
We need multiple docker volumes
The DBWaiter needs check both nodes
Test data and bucketfs files need only to added to one and will be distributed internally
The IPs of the nodes within the docker network should consecutive

Acceptance Criteria

We can start the database with multiple nodes
All nodes are available after the itde is finished
