Fixes #284

Add basic pytest plugin setup
Add Option and basic configuration classes
Add support for default values in help
Fix itde plugin configuration
Restructure configuration settings
Add support for deducing tht pytest option name
Update names and descriptions of Option members
Rework option(s) structure
WIP: rework configuration structures and fixtures
