Enable to specify individual SSH key in api, cli, and pytest_itde #345

Background: Currently users would need to change content of file ~/.cache/exasol/itde/id_rsa. See also comment https://github.com/exasol/integration-test-docker-environment/pull/339#discussion_r1222475847

  1. API, CLI and pytest_itde are enhanced to enable to specify the SSH key to use
