DBOsExecutor should support copy #389

Background

We use the DBOsExecutor to hide how we run commands in COS
Depending on how the DB is set up or the docker container is built this can be docker exec or ssh
However, we also need sometimes to copy files to or from the COS

Acceptance Criteria

Add copy mechanism to DBOsExecutor which allows copy to and from COS for files and directories
