Situation and Strategy

• The dependencies from NC to SME and TE
  • In the past were using git references
  • I change to pypi references
• Dependencies from SME and TE to PEC
  • still are using git references
  • need to be changed to pypi, first
• PEC first of all needs to be published to pypi

Currently, the build reports a linter problem:

• exasol/nb_connector/sagemaker_extension_wrapper.py:61:15:
• E1123: Unexpected keyword argument 'language_alias' in classmethod call (unexpected-keyword-arg)

Method SmeLanguageContainerDeployer.create() is inherited from LanguageContainerDeployer.create() in PEC and should support this keyword argument.
