  1. Need to allow overriding the language definition when deploying a language container. The PEC interface has the allow_override option. The NC should expose it to the AI-Lab with the default True.
  2. Introduce internal and external bucket-fs host and port. Use the internal pair when creating the bucket-fs connection object (extension_wrapper_common.encapsulate_bucketfs_credentials) for an onprem db.
