User Guide: Add reference to common adapter properties for JDBC-Based Virtual Schemas #71

As PostgreSQL Virtual Schema (the corresponding third party JDBC driver) is known for having problems with default IMPORT data type introspection, I suggest to add a remark to the User Guide similar to the one in MySQL VS User Guide.
