Wrong reference to python-extension-common #127

In https://github.com/exasol/python-extension-common/commit/4c10fdac4bb12dfc3319b31be5bef81d1a5409d6 the package name of python-extension-common was renamed to exasol-python-extension-common. The name needs to be fixed in the toml file
