Introduce new naming schema for flavors

Background

• The minimal flavors are currently Exasol version independent
• The Exasol version in their only represents the minimal version we officially support.
• In future the contract is, that we only support the officially supported Exasol version
• We decided the minimal flavors should support all officially supported Exasol version, also if the different Exasol version use different versions of the UDFClient
  • this means that we might need for every major (maybe also minor) udfclient version an own binary
• The minimal flavors are basically only templates, that's why we decided to rename them into template-Exasol-all-<language>-<language-version>, e.g template-Exasol-all-python-3.8
• Further, we decided to rename the standard container to standard-Exasol-<exasol-version> which means changes uppercase EXASOL to mixed case Exasol

Acceptance Criteria

• Rename the all flavors
• Make in documentation clear that the template flavor need customization by customers and are in responsibility of the customers.
• Add supported Exasol version for flavors in documentation

Renaming is currently hard, due to Google Code Build CI setup, with the AWS CI setup this will get easier, and therefore this is blocked by https://github.com/exasol/script-languages-release/issues/502
