Integrate Python Toolbox

We are developing a python toolbox and want to see how easy it is to use it for our existing projects. this is a kehrwoche task.

• [x] install python toolbox in repo and add config files
• [ ] fix lint issues
• [ ] fix typecheck issues
• [ ] start using toolbox commands to run tests
• [ ] ci wokflows
• [ ] do releases with toolbox
• [ ] additional stuff?
