Due are two kinds of changes.

The language container deployment has been moved to the python-extension-common. So has the user guide in this part. This user guide needs to reference the other one.
There is patchy documentation of the new features related to the SaaS deployment. This needs to be sorted out.

From the review of another PR:

--saas-url \ this probably should be optional and default to cloud.exasol.com. Different urls are only necassary for testing.
