バグの説明

バージョンアップ（2.5.1）時に、ファイルの実態がないデータが存在する。実行環境パラメータ定義（パラメータシート）にある、builder.txtの実態がない

原因：「buider.txt」の誤字の修正が不足していた。

https://github.com/exastro-suite/exastro-it-automation/blob/2.5/ita_root/ita_migration/versions/2_5_1/WS_level/files/config.json にbuilder.txtの記載がない

動作環境

Exastro システムのバージョン　2.5.1
対向機器のOS: [例: iOS]
ブラウザ [例:クローム、サファリ】など
