Add S1 Cinematic Jutsu

True Wind Scythe Jutsu (S1) Return jutsu repel effect to rumbling fan wind wall Rumbling fan wind wall travels up to mid screen or more and add tracking Have jutsu remain on block when you confirm with it (S1 effect) Return S1/Gens side combo as new neutral Remove current tilt and make it a square string Air shuriken causes blowback effect or waltz stun Chakra shurikens hitstun to waltz other player Wind from grab spawns out in sync with temari swinging fan (right now the wind comes out delayed with no hitsphere/active frames)

iC5 hitstun to set up as reset (waltz stun) Return AC1 gravity from S1 Add blowback to last air combo hit Neutral and Down strings fully play on block Last 3 hits of neutral combo (S1) become new tilt
