Add S1 Cinematic Jutsu

S1 shuriken poison bombs as new base Add duration and smog hit area to Chakra shuriken bomb explosion Gens tilt but hitbox, start up, damage adjustments Remove iframes from Puppet May Shower after any kind of impact The same iframes from jutsu don't allow you to attack follow up in S4 Puppet May Shower track to where opponent is in the air (S1 reference) Puppet May Shower multiple hitstun effect (S1/Gens) Grab needs to jump out more for range use
