Add S1 Cinematic Jutsu

Leaf Whirlwind becomes new tilt Leaf Whirlwind can connect OTG Replace current neutral combo for S1's side combo. Combo strings slight speed buff (Reference to S1/Gens/1.06 and adjust accordingly) All combo strings less recovery compared to other characters in game. (Reference to older Prms) New jutsu is Mad infinity Dance, tracking but not as fast Reduce grab start up
