Add S1 Cinematic Jutsu

Jutsu needs to track other player based on distance and have speed to it Jutsu can be sent from the ground and auto aim to other player in the air (Like Meis Lava jutsu) Player can follow up during and after Pts inos jutsu like in S1 (Look into prm from S1 to find property) Regular shuriken need to be poison flowers like in S1 Wider spread on chakra shuriken S1 NC1 can be apart of new intro combo string New IC1 is S1 NC2 Speed on outtro combo hits can be sped up similar to S1
