feature suggestion: able to create excalidraw.svg file and link within markdown file, and open a new windown to edit the file, like the way of plugin "draw" .

feature suggestion:

1. right click in a empty place of markdown file, click "create excalidraw file", then create a excalidraw svg file, insert the imglink in the markdown file, and open a window for edition of the file;
2. right click on a existing excalidraw.svg file link, open the window to edit the file.
