Elements with floating position #5494

I would like to have some "sticky notes" which remain on top while zooming and scrolling around..

Since we are moving camera around, I think position of those floating elements should be recalculated to appear on the same place at screen.

Not sure what you mean — if you create a shape, it should always stay on top of the shapes below it when you zoom/scroll around. Can you record a video, or write steps of what's not working correctly?
