Stroke autocompletion can make u to o #5948

The behavior to try and close drawn shapes to fill them is problematic in handwriting the letters u, e, a etc. that can be interpreted as attempts to draw a closed shape.

For drawing shapes that might be really useful, but it is really irritating when handwriting.

An option to disable or enable stroke "auto-completion" would be great. A writing and a drawing mode. https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/25709836/205494717-61d8fed7-567b-44ed-b44c-528e5c4df69b.MOV

You are probably using a wacom, I had the same problem, 603 it's not a problem: "2.Fix line smoothing".

upd: You're right, there is such a feature...I just noticed it, I agree it would be great to turn it off. it prevents me from writing small text, but if it's there, it makes sense for it, I guess...

I'm mostly on a standard iPad, but I will take note and keep an eye out for whether this changes between devices.

The option to disable stroke "auto-completion" can be a really good thing especially when you're using large TV like devices (Can't remeber what they are called) when you can't really use keyboard easily to write things w/ wysiwyg. @ad1992

This is a problem I am also experiencing. I hope it gets resolved.

I have the same issue, it creates random straight lines that look weird in the word. Especially since my pen strength is ignored (note the 'T' ): image Simple option to turn this "autotransform" of would be nice.
