Description of the Change

Added new themes
- Hacker
- Monokai
- Synthwave
Added theme listing functionality through config theme command
Added input placeholder color option
Added text glow option (to match Synthwave theme)
Changed purple color name to violet to match color conventions

Possible Drawbacks

Changed purple color name to violet to match color conventions. This may break configurations where purple used. Fairly easy to fix this through config edit command.
