Add ARM64 Docker Image Support #56

Resolves #55

Description of the Change

Due to the increase of arm64 based devices, a request came for multiplatform docker images (Discussion #52). This version will simultaneously build both amd64 and arm64 Docker images.

I have also updated the preview version visuals to better suit newest features such as blurred terminal window.

Possible Drawbacks

Depending on my tests, GitHub workflow builds both arm64 and amd64 images work as it should on test branch. We should see what happens on release trigger 🤞
