Error Message if Search Fails #238

We need to have an error message appear if a user enters an incorrect search. Right now the plus button just keeps spinning, but nothing happens.

Given I am an Open Cabinet User When I enter an incorrect search term Then I receive an error message letting me know that I need to try a different search

@aaronFranssell I noticed the new error message -- that's great! @rppatel1007 I believe you're adding some styling? Will you tag me to test when you're done? Thanks!
