Option "simple = 1" in config.txt should disable "Homebrew Channel" menu

What steps will reproduce the problem?
No problem. It is an enhancement request.
When you put "simple = 1" in config.txt, the "Homebrew Channel" menu should be 
disabled.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The menu "Homebrew Channel" is enabled. The Homebrew Channel is in some way an 
administrator tool, and its use is not intented for childhood.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v36

Unfortunately mod r37 beta5 ( beta4 substituted in the meantime ) doesn't solve 
the issue.
I think the discussion can continue on Issue 48 where beta version are tested
