[Request] Remove explicit input on Turntable End caps on Keyboard play (CN/HCN mode) #762

I don't know if long notes have no end caps, or can be hold and not to be lifted even at the end.

But the CN and HCN mode are based on IIDX where you hold and lift.

But I request you to remove the explicit input on Turntable CN and HCN (BSS) end notes or caps, cause if you play on a keyboard for example, it might be a pain in the butt.

I think it has something to do with the BSS endpoint algorithm.

I changed that to keyboard play, I mean on controller play it wouldn't have made sense.
