Setup Lykke Integration tests for SKY blockchain

The reference test suite is available at https://github.com/LykkeCity/Lykke.Automation.Tests . The idea is to develop a bridge between Python and .NET based on Python.NET . This will provide you with access to the .NET classes of the Lykke test suite from Python so that it will be possible to implement their interfaces and hook SKY extension into the right slots .

We might be using the local testnet for testing Lykke <-> SKY requests.

• ~map Lykke.Automation.Tests .NET types onto Python types~
• [x] implement Lykke.Automation.Tests blockchain integration interfaces
• ~load a local simtestnet with Docker~
• [x] Create test wallet(s) and address(es) needed to run tests
• [ ] connect our exchange code in this repo to the ~local testnet~ public mainnet
• [ ] configure Lykke.Automation.Tests to run against the previous local deployment (or a similar one deployed on a VPS)
• [ ] run the Lykke test suite in Travis and generate test report
