Section of beneficiary ownership has company with registration not in Ukraine

Checked on partial dataset as of 24/02/20 (~22K rows) Issues: Похоже, что флагу присваивается True, если страна не указана (член сімї не надав інформацію) Например: nacp_ffdb7aef-f714-4419-8110-da0456b5bac2, nacp_ffb0bd92-b58c-41c8-b307-51dfd0a65ffb А вот тут раздел о бенефициарах пуст, а флаг True: nacp_33c62bbb-3850-41b4-96c0-f7c2041623bc

Checked on partial data as of 01/03/20 (67K rows) Checked 10 files - all ok

Need to check on full dataset, including declarations listed above

Checked on annual 2017 declarations (~800K) using this code: https://github.com/pro100olga/declarations/tree/master/bi/red_flags/flags_03_2020

Also checked declarations mentioned in previous comment.
