Checked on partial dataset (88K), annual 2017 declarations.

I feel like I am missing something :) I have found ~1.7K mismatches: in all declarations liabilities.total = 0. I have checked several of them, and they have liabilities without guarantee, so they should be counted as liabilities and have non zero values.
