Fail fast on cache failure #29

If we go down this route of showing errors then I think we should do the same thing for a DHCP error (but with a different number of flashes), and probably some of the other errors that might come up.

I added the initial delay to clearly separate the diagnostic flashing from the initial boot sequence. Without it, the sketch will boot and it'll look as though the red LED stays on (from the initial flash of all three LEDs) and then blink twice.
