IContext2D for testing #150

Would you consider adding IContext2D for testing? It would make mocking easier.

Hi @bfmsoft,

That's absolutely something worth implementing! Do you have the time to do so? I can only put it on my backlog at the moment and probably won't get to it very soon.

I figured out a way without interface but hacky… I’ll look.
