Remove bad website links in ESDM site

From Crispin 24/05/2019: They will be hurting our SEO so need fixing. Identified with https://www.brokenlinkcheck.com/broken-links.php.

I’d suggest… we should remove (and never add) external links to pages deep in the websites of ESRI and MapInfo. It is fine to link to their root website address rather than some deep subpage of the moment.
