Update vlsub.lua #168

Added Serbian language in translations_avail array.

But the Serbian translation file of the extension doesn't exists in the "locale" folder, so there's no point adding this here. It is already possible to download Serbian subs if it was your concern, see: https://github.com/Nikola95o/vlsub/blob/de840b52a0ba6e0154b41ee1691ad4fa87c193f8/vlsub.lua#L235

I requested pull for Serbian file few secs ago, sorry, learning Git :)
