I propose that we delete our default "documentation request" template.
I think that it's a bit redundant with our "enhancement" and "bug" templates, since most documentation requests are either asking for an improvement (an enhancement) or reporting a problem (a bug). I am not sure what we gain by having a dedicated template for documentation other than having a field specifically asking for a URL to the docs in question, but I think people could use the enhancement template to do the same thing if they follow the instructions there.
