Clickable panels on docs homepage not linked #27

Describe the bug

context When I do click the panels on the docs homepage.

expectation I expected to be linked to pages with more information.

bug But instead I land on a 404(?) page https://jupyterbook.org/en/stable/basics/organize.md

Reproduce the bug

  1. Go to https://jupyterbook.org/en/stable/intro.html
  2. Click on one of the panels (e.g., "Text content")
