Move GitLab CI to root #28

@TomasBeuzen :wave: I used this template for one of my GitLab projects (thank you!) and noticed that the CI didn't trigger unless I moved the file. GitLab looks for the CI file in the root folder unless a custom path is set up.. It looks like the post gen script is already correctly setup for the root path, right?

My bad, I think I accidentally create a book within an existing repo before and that's why I had to move the CI file out.
