Want to host books using on-premise gitlab installation. For that, need to have a properly configured .gitlab-ci.yml file. This will be a translation of https://github.com/executablebooks/cookiecutter-jupyter-book/blob/master/%7B%7Bcookiecutter.book_slug%7D%7D/.github/workflows/deploy.yml
