Content boxes are different when they have images in them. #709

Describe the bug

This is a little bit of nitpicking, but consider the following page:

https://glims-rgi.github.io/rgi_user_guide/regions/rgi09.html

The first two boxes are different than the third one. The only difference in code (that I can see) is that the first two ones open with an image.

It's not a big deal but once you have seen it you can't "unsee" it ;-)
