Installation via Poetry v1.4.0 fails #710

Describe the bug

Same problem as in https://github.com/pydata/pydata-sphinx-theme/issues/1253.

Reproduce the bug

poetry new poetry-demo
cd poetry-demo
poetry add sphinx-book-theme # <= verify this fails
