11 months ago @choldgraf I'm merging this without review from you, because I'm confident that we
- want to fix the CI
- don't care about breaking links to API references in a kitchen-sink page.
If you think this is overly zealous, let me know, and we can revert and try something else.
This fixes a parsing error raised by autodoc with
urllib.parse
