Impossible to change an HTML page's Title #834

Describe the bug

An HTML page title includes "rst page title" + "html_title" (from conf.py) I can modify only the second part (in conf.py) but I cannot change the title template. For example, I want not to generate the first part ("rst page title"). How can I implement this?

I use sphinx-book-theme 0.3.3
