Compare/Contrast moderation, spam, notification capabilities #14

Would it be helpful to mention or compare the moderation and spam-fighting and notification capabilities of each service? Possible features for comparison:

Perhaps this could start off as a "wiki"-style post in the executablebooks discussions page or the Jupyter community forum that we link from the docs, and if enough folks find it useful we can incorporate it into the docs more directly.

Looks like GH Discussions don't do trackbacks (yet?). (edit: I sent feedback re: this feature)
