Add file download option to link-button #75

Open FilippoOggionni opened 2 years ago

Describe the problem/need and solution

Context Currently, through the link-button command, it is possible to specify either a :type: ref or a :type: url.

Problem / Idea I would propose to add an option to download a file, as already possible via the sphinx command :download: link_text <filepath>

Solution I am not sure if it is possible, but this function could be changed to account for a file download.

Benefit Download files through buttons would be a nice feature.
